2. What is the Wellness Bank, and how does it work? The Wellness Bank is a credit system that lets you pay for beauty services like injectables, skin care treatments, and laser services. Each payment provides a different credit amount to use at your convenience. The amount $ you invest towards your wellness bank will apply to wellness services whenever you would like to redeem based on the Wellness Package membership you have.
3. What happens if I need to change or cancel my subscription? We understand life happens! Subscriptions can be adjusted or canceled with 60 day notice. For specific terms, please contact our team for assistance or reference your contract.
4. Can I combine fitness and wellness services with the Wellness Bank? Yes!
5. What is the buy in to join? Our lowest priced package is our Total Wellness Package starting at $150/month.
6. What happens if I take a break for a month or two and don’t use my funds?
Your funds never expire! They remain in your Wellness Bank and can be applied to any wellness service whenever you’re ready to return.
